Ningbo Shengyu Digital Economy Industrial Park Prefabricated Bathroom Project Was Successfully Implemented
The procurement of prefabricated bathrooms and related service projects of Ningbo Shengyu Digital Economy Industrial Park (Phase I) were contracted by Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and contracted by Runfa Residential Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. The project aims to provide high-quality prefabricated bathrooms for the industrial park to meet the needs of the park.
The project covers the procurement, installation and related services of prefabricated bathrooms. Including the supply, installation, debugging of 343 sets of finished bathrooms and 55 sets of [SUB1329]. The contract price is RMB 4123,121.27, and a fixed full-fee comprehensive unit price, an adjustable total price contract, and the project volume is settled according to actual conditions.
After receiving the written notice from Party A, the goods will be delivered to the site in batches within 30 calendar days, and the complete set will be installed in 45 calendar days. The contractor must provide the quality assurance of prefabricated bathroom main body and pipeline accessories for 5 years, the bathroom waterproof leakage for 5 years, and the hardware and sanitary ware for 3 years, and bear the liability for free repair and replacement of faults caused by quality problems of the material and equipment itself during the warranty period.
The smooth implementation of the project will provide Ningbo Shengyu Digital Economy Industrial Park (Phase I), improve the overall environment and user experience of the park, and provide strong support for the operation and development of the industrial park.
