Build a solid line of safety defense and protect production development - Runfa Housing carries out safety-themed employee classroom activities
In order to further strengthen the awareness of production safety among all employees and improve safety prevention and emergency response capabilities, the Jiangsu Changzhou Economic Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions' "Gathering Energy" employee classroom recently visited Runfa Residential Works and brought a special production safety training with a distinctive theme and substantial content to the company's employees. Employees from all departments and positions of the company actively participated in the learning and jointly consolidated the foundation of the company's safe production.
At the training site, instructors gave lectures focusing on the core points of production safety. In class, we first sorted out the background and past themes of the National "Safety Production Month", clarified the work requirements of "everyone pays attention to safety and knows how to respond to emergencies", and guided employees to deeply understand the importance of safe production. Combining typical cases in the industry, the lecturer gave an in-depth explanation of easily overlooked safety hazards, risk point identification methods and preventive measures in production operations through intuitive on-site pictures and scenario analysis, helping trainees intuitively understand the hazards of illegal operations and strengthen the sense of responsibility that "safety is no small matter".
Participants listened carefully, took notes carefully, and communicated and discussed with the lecturers on safety issues encountered in daily work. Front-line employees learned the practical key points of hidden danger investigation and emergency response based on their own work scenarios; employees in functional departments also deepened their understanding of safety production management regulations through training.
This safety classroom activity further popularized safety production knowledge, improved employees' safety literacy and emergency response capabilities, and also promoted the deepening of corporate safety culture construction.
