The structure of the optical cable handover box is mainly composed of a box body, internal components, optical fiber movable connectors and spare accessories. Optical cable handover box is a kind of handover equipment that provides optical cable termination and jumper for trunk layer optical cables and distribution layer optical cables. After the optical cable is introduced into the optical cable handover box, after fixing, terminating, and fiber distribution, fiber skipping is used to connect the trunk layer optical cable and the distribution layer optical cable.

 

Functional characteristics of optical delivery box

1. The light delivery box has the functions of wiring, welding, fiber storage, and fiber conditioning. It has the ability to withstand the wild environment tenaciously and can withstand severe climate change and harsh working environment. The box has good sealing performance and the protection level reaches IP65 requirements.

2. The box can be opened in front or back and forth. There is sufficient fiber cloth and fiber storage space in the box, and enough winding reels and wire hanging hooks for convenient operation by users.

3. Modular design, reasonable layout, multiple functions and high density.

4. Adopt anti-theft door lock shape, which is safe and reliable, and has good anti-damage function. The box has flexible optical cable structure and flexible internal connection structure.

5. FC or SC type adapters can be used, and the adapter is angled at a 40° angle to avoid direct arc light to the human eye.

6. The optical cable strengthening core can also be in the form of a fixed cable cover according to customer needs, suitable for ordinary and ribbon optical cables.

7. Grounding method: The box has two floors of ground, one floor is the protective ground, and the fiber optic cable strengthening core is connected to the protective ground. The other floor is the rack floor. The two floors are not connected to each other and lead to the ground of the machine room through their respective ground wires.

8. There is a special optical cable direct fusion zone in the box, and the optical cables at both ends are connected in the direct fusion zone.

9. The bottom of the box is high and the space is large, which facilitates a larger radius of curvature when the optical cable is introduced, and is convenient for installation, operation and construction.

10. The rack has a good grounding system.

11. The plastic parts inside the machine are made of flame retardant materials.
