Structural Components

Base: Features an integral waterproof tray with raised edges on all sides to contain water. It is equipped with a centralized floor drain and a water trap (P-trap) to prevent odors and overflow. The four corners of the base are fitted with adjustable leveling bolts to facilitate leveling and secure installation.

Wall and Ceiling Panels: Constructed from Class A fireproof rock wool sandwich panels or flame-retardant Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP). The fire rating meets or exceeds the B-15 standard. The panels are tightly joined and sealed with sealant to ensure waterproofing, fire resistance, and vapor barrier integrity. The ceiling panel integrates an explosion-proof LED light, a ventilation fan, and an access hatch for maintenance.

Fire Protection: Equipped with a marine-grade Class B fireproof door, complete with a ventilation grille, fire-retardant sealing strips, and a door lock, thereby satisfying both fire compartmentation and ventilation requirements.

Standard Configuration

Sanitary Fixtures: Toilet, washbasin, shower unit, and non-slip shower tray. Hardware: Mirrored cabinet, toilet paper holder, towel rack, and storm grab bars.

Systems: Hot and cold water supply (using PPRC piping), greywater/blackwater drainage, lighting, and ventilation (featuring an explosion-proof fan).

Material Advantages
